Who are the best and worst voice actors of dubs?

In my opinion:

Winner of the bes voice goes to Steven Blum (voice of Spike from cowboy bebop)

and worst goes to Greg Aryes( although he fits the roll of a few characters he voices, but only a few)

Best: Johnny Young Bosh (Ichigo- Bleach, Lelouch - Code Geass I don't think that was the best fit, but it worked out, Yukimura Sanada - Sengoku Basara, Vash the Stampede - Trigun)

Worst: Greg Aryes (For the few roles his voice fits, it works well, but for the many that it doesn't. You just want his character to stop talking. >_> Sorry man.)

Best: Johnny Young Bosh is the perfect Izaya and Lelouch (though I wish he was more fantabulous when he voiced Itsuki), I just think he voiced them perfectly and actually significantly made the dubs for both anime better.

Worst: Christina Vee... It's a personal reason though. I can see why people would like her, but I feel like she just gives every character she voices a stereotypical teenagey anime voice. Not all anime girls sound the same. I just think it kind of sounds of annoying. Her music isn't amazing either, but that's also just a personal opinion.

Some old hands who don't get much love:
Rob Mungle - perfect for comic rolls, but gets dark and heavy effortlessly
Jay Hickman - so wonderfully smarmy and stuck up
Kira Vincent-Davis - just an incredible range, massive talent
Laura Chapman - such a sultry sexy voice
John Gremillion - Knocked it out of the park in "Galaxy Railways", "Kurau", and "BGC Tokyo 2040"

Best? I might have to go with Chris Patton, from Ichiro in Nerima Daikon Brothers, to Fakir in Princess Tutu, he does a great job, adapting to pretty much anything. As for worst... well, I'd say they're the ones who don't stick around to do much... so nobody remembers who they are.

I think I'm gonna have to vote Laura Bailey as the best voice actress. Her delivery is almost always top notch and her range is quite impressive. I can think of few others who could go from Rayne and Lust to Maka and Henrietta as effortlessly as she can.

As for worst, well...I only remember the more prolific voice actors. I tend not to pay attention when I hear an underwhelming performance.

Monica Rial and Chris Patton are the best, and I really don't have any that are the worst (so far). Actually most of the voice actors are really good, it's a hard job and I have a lot of admiration for people that do that for a living.

Best - Crispin Freeman - alucard (hellsing) hideki (chobits) tsume (wolfs rain) shizuo (durarara)
i think he also voiced helios in god of war 3, i know he voiced one character in that.

worst - the guy who played sonic in sonic X.

Honestly, how are these three not the best? Grey Aryes I agree is atrocious, can't watch the Deadman Wonderland dub simply because of him... well a few others too. Still, I'm surprised so many people like Johnny since he is in practically everything. Nonetheless I do feel there are many underrated dub actors out there.
