Not to sound mean, but if they didn't follow the rules they should be excluded. The first post clearly states what is expected from the entries. It's only fair to expect people to follow the rules set out.

oh dont feel bad the rules were very easy to undersand, some people just got to excited seeing the picture of Harley that they didn't read the whole post (I almost did the same thing)

I understand how you feel. But i agree with the others I also feel i could have done a hell of a lot better if i had more time. It's not quite easy to explain your love for something in 30 seconds. But they are very cute, tho!

You shouldn't feel bad. At ALL. Haha. You do what you've gotta do. And no one's going to hold it against you. Chances are if the prize is something Harley Quinn, the Harley Quinn fans are gonna get pretty excited. You won't find more rabid fans, after all, she didn't go from being a one scene blonde and nameless henchwoman to one of the biggest female characters in DC history (With only a 20 year lifespan so far. Which is STILL amazing) by having a regular fanbase. And sorry if I misread the rules a little bit, I thought the second option broadened the spectrum a little bit. Either way, I wouldn't be in love with a villain if I didn't feel the need to bend a rule every now and then.
