Now in the series (dubbed) his voice makes him sound a bit more manly but in the manga you don't have the voice actor injecting tones. I actually found me finding Grell kinda hot lol. Has this happened to anyone else with other anime guys or gals, or am I alone in this shame lol.

While the character is kept intentionally gender ambiguous for the reader, I genuinely hope Aikawa and Maki end up together one of these days regardless of whether Aikawa is indeed a cross dressing guy as he claims to be or is in fact really a girl. Aikawa's adorable regardless.

I agree with Hickey on this... cause I don't find the normal males attractive at all, its really the traps lol. And Hideyoshi from Baka and Test is a good example, but just like I said about the manga version being more femine than the anime version of Grell, Hideyoshi's voice in Baka sounds boyish so it kinda pulls you out of the trap... In Baka I'm all about the psycho girl with the long hair anyway lol.
