This is a great drama. The characters are rich and complex, each with their own strengths, faults, hopes and fears. Their stories remind us of ourselves and our childhood friends. Although only a few of us are able to keep our childhood friends in our adulthood, this drama reminds us that childhood friends are people who help us form our foundations....and when we become adults, the important thing is not that our friends continue to share our paths but that how we live our own lives testify to who we have become as a result of our friends.
People can change, and we all grow from who we were to who we will become. When we make decisions, we alone know and understand why and how we decided.
This drama can be watched repeatedly....if we decide to study one character at a time. They are all "heroes" in their own rights...because they have all lived nobly despite the hurts, pains and betrayals they have all suffered.
I recommend this to viewers who enjoy character studies.
