Overview
Hanamaru Kindergarten is a Japanese situation comedy manga series written and illustrated by Yuto and published by Square Enix. It is mainly about a kindergarten girl who is in love with her teacher and tries to win his affection but always fails. It has been adapted into an anime television series produced by Gainax and broadcast in Japan on TV Tokyo.

Nana Yamamoto is a kind and pretty teacher who is in charge of Peach Class. Tsuchida-sensei is in love with her the moment they first met. Unfortunately, she is too dense to see that he has feelings for her even though his affection for her is obvious. She is very passionate about her job and cares for the kindergarten children she teaches. She also has a sister named Mayumi.
